Privacy
This notice explains how socialnorthwave.com handles personal data. The operator is socialnorthwave and the contact address for data questions is contact@socialnorthwave.com.
The only place the site collects personal data is the contact form. It asks for a name, an email address, a subject and a message. You choose what to put in the message.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in answering correspondence about the guide. The purpose is to reply to you and to check factual points you raise.
Messages are kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can follow up a correction. After that they are deleted.
The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include an IP address, a timestamp and the page requested. These are kept for a short period for security and diagnostics.
There is no analytics on this site. No tracking, no advertising pixels, no third-party cookies and no profiling. The site stores nothing in your browser: the single script it loads opens and closes the navigation menu and writes nothing anywhere.
Data is processed by our hosting provider and by the email provider that carries the form message. They act on our instructions and under a written agreement.
If a provider stores or processes data outside your own country, that transfer is made under the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or you may object to processing. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to contact@socialnorthwave.com.
You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority for data protection where you live or work.
